Tsunami AsiaTsunami Response

Member of the Project Trust incident team managing the response to their volunteers caught up in the incident in Sri Lanka, Thailand and India.

London Bombings

Representative for division on incident team and organised the divisions’ response that included accounting for all staff in London on the day.

Data Centre Incidents

Managed the division response to a number of incidents where the company’s main data centre was affected.

Coordinated organisation's response worldwide accounting for all staff and then putting in place additional security measures.

Y2K

Ran the Company Incident room and was the senior manager in the company on duty the night of the Millennium.

London bombingNorthamptonshire Floods

In consultation with senior managers, called out the Company Incident room staff in response to the floods. Carried out the Emergency Planning Manager role in the incident response team for 1½ days coordinating the company’s response.

Marham Incident

National Incident involving warning 80,000 people who had suspected cryptosporidium in their water supply. Played the Emergency Planning Manager role in the incident room for 3½ days (which was running 24 hours) during the believed contamination and advised the Incident Director on stakeholder management and incident management.

In the Control Room when the incident took place, coordinated the incident externally and supported the site incident team.
