Organisational resilience is all about ensuring that your organisation will survive disasters or ensuring that they don’t happen in the first place. Secondly, it is about ensuring that if a disaster affects the organisation then it will recover more quickly than perhaps its neighbours or its competitors. It is about ensuring that organisations are ‘tough’. The tough organisation will survive better than others!
