Many consultants claim they work to align their clients to BS25999 but very few have actually taken their clients through to them achieving certification. ISO 22301
ISO 22301 is the new international standard for business continuity which is presently under development. It is likely that the standard will be published at the beginning of 2012. PlanB Consulting has a unique insight into the standard, as one of their Directors, Kim, is on the BCM/1 committee which is developing the standard. She has had an input into all parts of the standard and when it is published PlanB Consulting will be in a very strong position to help clients achieve certification to the standard.
