As a Senior Consultant with PlanB Consulting, Andrew is experienced in delivering Incident Response and Crisis Management consultancy, training and exercises to a range of international audiences across the public and private sectors. He is passionate about helping clients to develop user-friendly solutions to improve their resilience and assist in high-pressure decision making and management.

Operating worldwide, Andrew’s recent consultancy experience includes reviewing resilience plans and presenting improvements to an international executive recruitment consultancy, assisting in the business continuity planning efforts for a multisite social enterprise based in UK & Ireland and developing incident management exercises for a wide range of audiences for clients across the UK.

Andrew joined PlanB Consulting from the British Army, where he served as a senior Captain within the 3rd Battalion of The Royal Regiment of Scotland. In this role, he served as second in command for a company of 80 soldiers on a day-to-day basis, including the coordination of complex command and control exercises involving multiple forces and development and resourcing of training to all staff under his command. His service also included deployments to Iraq, Cyprus and Libya to conduct and oversee the training of local security and armed forces, delivering tailored training sensitive to the culture and the requirements of the operating environment.
