Of the plans we have seen the full range of stakeholders is not often included within the organisation’s plans. This can cause key stockholders or interested parted not to be contacted or “forgotten” during incidents. The interested party not contacted could be your loudest critics. This will include, who will you need to communicate with, how this will be carried out, when do you need to communicate with them and what are you going to tell them.
